Are there any nasties in River Bush Block Products?

Absolutely not, RBB products contain only natural ingredients.  We take pride in our labels everything we have put in the jar, is listed on the label.

Do you test River Bush Block Products on Animals?

Absolutely not, River Bush Block will never, ever be tested on animals now or in the future.

How do I look after my River Bush Block Products?

Keep your RBB Products, in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.  The products need to be kept cool in Summer to prevent them from melting.  Sunlight can degrade the oils over time, meaning the product may not be as effective.  Try to use before the Best Before date.  Keep your products dry, do not get water in them, as this will encourage bacterial growth in the product and go bad.

My product has melted, what can I do?

Although it is not ideal that your product has melted, it is not a big deal.  Give the product a stir and pop in the fridge.  Once set, take out of the fridge and keep in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.  The product should be all good to use, but the consistency of the product may have changed.

What perfumes and fragrances does River Bush Block use?

RBB products contain Essential Oils or natural Botanicals to make our products smell really good.  Our products are not overpowering and use Essential Oils for their aromatherapy benefits.  In many of our Health & Wellbeing products the Essential Oils are used for their medicinal properties.

My product has a Best Before date on the bottom of the jar what does this mean?

Because RBB products are completely natural, they do not last forever.  The best before date is a guide to when the active ingredients or oils start to degrade.  It does not mean the product can no longer be used, it just means that the product may not work as well as it once did and to use it as quickly as possible.

My order arrived but was damaged in transit what do I do?

Please e-mail us at with your contact details and a photo of the damaged goods.  You will be sent a replacement at no cost to you.

I received a discount code; how do I use it?

Enter the code when you get to the check-out, the discount will then be automatically deducted from the total value of your order (exc postage if applicable).
